SHIPPING COSTS
Within Poland: Free shipping on all orders.
Within Europe: Free shipping on all orders.
United States: Free shipping on all orders.
Australia and Oceania: Shipping calculated in cart.
No Hidden Fees: All charges are clearly stated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4–7 business days, Monday to Friday.
Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 PM Central European Time (Warsaw).
Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days.
Business Days: Shipments are made Monday through Friday.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or shipping disruptions.
Total Delivery Time: Between 3 and 4 business days from order placement.

MISSING ITEM PROCEDURE
Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your parcel by emailing support@couchies.eu.
Resolution: We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
RETURN POLICY
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
Return Conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.
Cost: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Couchies covers the return shipping cost.
Refunds: Processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
RESTOCKING FEE
No Restocking Fee: Couchies does not charge any restocking fee on returns.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For Defective Products: Return shipping is free for the customer. Applies when the item is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective.
For Customer Dissatisfaction: Actual return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Applies when the customer ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want it.
