How long does delivery take?

Couchies are made to order.
Usually we are ready to ship your Couchie in 7-9 days.

Once Couchie is ready courier company will take care of your packages.
In Europe delivery times takes 3-4 days
(delivery times vary depending on your location.).

We do not ship Couchies to USA yet.

We’ll provide tracking information once your order is shipped and you will be informed about all the stages of processing your order via email provided.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Please contact us directly if anything is wrong - we will help with, replace parts or refund your order. We are here for you! ❤️
Do you offer international shipping?

We are based in Poland and we ship in Europe without problems.
When ordering to UK please expect custom duties.

We will offer shipping to USA in late 2026.
What materials do you use for your products?

All parts and fabric of Couchies are certified, ensuring high standards of environmental friendliness and safety. Every single part of Couchies is made in Poland.

Corduroy fabric:
- Weight 350 g/m²
- 90% polyester 10% nylon
- Abrasion resistance: ≥35,000 Martindale
- Easier hair and fur removal
- Light fastness: 4-5
- Pilling resistance: 5 (extremely high)

Mattresses: Cold foam T30
Pillow filling: Foam slices in a non-woven fabric
Metal bars: Stainless steel
How do I clean and maintain the sofa?

Couchie covers on both the pillows and mattresses can be zipped-off and put in the washing machine. Please wash at low speed, low temperatures (ideally no more than 30°C) using mild or extra gentle detergent. Turn the fabric inside out before washing.
Do not tumble dry, and avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
