Couchies currently offers shipping to:

  • Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gremany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom

Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • parcel weight and size

  • courier service

All costs are displayed clearly before payment is completed.

No Hidden Charges

Couchies does not apply any additional or hidden fees beyond those shown at checkout.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Poland and the European Union:

  • customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply

  • these charges are determined by your local customs authority

  • the customer is responsible for any additional import costs

Couchies is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 7-9 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please take a note that Couchies are handmade.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (UTC) begin processing the same day.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination.

Domestic Shipping (Poland)

Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3-6 business days, depending on the country and courier service.

10. Missing Items Procedure

If your package arrives incomplete or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • a replacement shipment, or

  • a full refund


11. Returns Policy

Return Period (EU & International Customers)

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • returned in original packaging

⚠️ Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable.


12. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the return is due to:

  • damage in transit

  • manufacturing defect

  • incorrect item received

Couchies will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is due to:

  • wrong size selection

  • change of mind

  • item no longer wanted

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


13. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


14. Restocking Fees

Couchies does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
